first studies
Sketches (divided into 3 parts) created in 2015 for the dance show Tangos Brasileiros, performed later at the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS) in 2016. The CIA. Danças Polifônicas brings to the contemporary scene the Brazilian tango that was lost after composers Chiquinha Gonzaga and Ernesto Nazareth. This early 20th-century musical style has an important influence on the work of these and other composers. The presentation seeks to rescue the Brazilian origins of tango through the intimate relationship between music, dance, and image.

Ser mundano, an experimental work conceived and starring Katherina Tsirakis (and the double, interpreted by Sofia Tsirakis), exploring meaning and movement through the taxation of our heroine, with a strong Greek soundtrack she shows through her own vulnerability, the visceral desire that women have to free themselves from tradition and build a new path.
